LOVE the way they make drinks!!!! Another favorite location of mine. And they're never sold out of croissants around afternoon like other locations tend to be by about 12. Friendly staff, and a very clean/tidy store. Will always come back to this Starbucks location!

I've updated my opinion. I like this location, a lot. I see them cleaning the floor every time I visit. My drink is always made to perfection, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. Still, the parking is horrible but nothing can be done about that.

Always great service! if you don't like your drink, or make it wrong they will remake it for you. Great place to hangout in the front and nice quiet back place to study.

In my hood we have a bit of a shortage of good coffee shops so I find myself at this Starbucks on the regular for a beverage, a scone, and either some work or conversation with friends. The staff is pretty nice (although today the barista making my latte was SUPA slow) and the facility is clean (although the back room with the tables has some storage issues going on atm). Plenty of plugs for laptopping, which make working here convenient. I like that the space is sectioned off so that the front room is good for chatting while the back room with the plugs is set back from the counter/machines which makes it and quiet and secluded. The only issue is that because it IS the only decent coffee place in the area it can get pretty busy, but that's the price you have to pay for a cuppa, I suppose! Ps--Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate? DOOOOOPE. But do yourself a favor, don't look up the nutritional info on it. Ignorance is bliss. ;)

I've been coming to this Starbucks location on and off now for the past few years. All the staff knows me one-on-one , memorizes my drinks based on the time of year, and are super friendly to my 5 year old daughter. They often give her a free snack and ask her how her day is. Great all around coffee house with great service to match!!

Love my Cappuchinos...however I hate the wait! Please can you have more than 2 people working! When people are on their way to work, they want to be able to run in and out in a timely manner. To make matters worst, there are these guys that take up the whole seating area with their little dinky cup of coffee to gaulk at any female that walks in. When I go in there I feel like I'm at a meat market! I got to find a new location, the Dearborn location is just as bad!

They need to have more than two people working to keep the line moving. This place is not that busy, you should not have to wait in a line when there are a few customers in there. They also do not have the blonde roast brewed because of the lack of volume at this location. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Reminder about why Starbuck's became a huge success; it's not just about the coffee but the exceptional people that work there. This is a good location for studying and meeting people because it's never overly crowded and there are a lot of tables.

Disclaimer: This not indicative of single Starbuck store, this meant for ALL Starbuck location!" I fly into Washington yesterday and had taste for coffee when all of sudden I hit with brick mountain of thought. WHY do I like this coffee so much? Reality is... I don't really like this coffee any more than other good coffee out there. I have been brainwashed into drinking the Starbuck style *ugh... my tummy hurt now*. I did financial analysis of my Starbuck spending over last quarter and found that I spent a small ransom for the Starbuck style, OMG... I could have bought new scooter for Wife-san! I cannot continue drinking the Starbuck style coffee like in past. I found McDonald lattee just as satisfying (and I get my delicious fry with it - Boodah satisfied as result). Now savings can go to gas for vehicles.
